Man, today has been wacky. I actually felt better (not great, just better) than I did yesterday, but I'm also spotting. I think it's "normal" for me, because I spotted around this time last pregnancy. Only thing is that my spotting has been off and on all day. Very light, but there. When I was pregnant with Lauren, I only noticed the spotting once.

Right now I'm waiting for D to make me a baked potato. Lauren's sleeping after an exhausting 9-month visit with her doctor. Generally speaking, the appointment went quite well. She's now 27 1/4 " long (my little shortie), 18 lbs, 14 oz, and her cute (albeit large) head is 45 cm (17 3/4"). She's hovering around the 50 percentile for all except her head- which is still about 75%. LOL She got her last Meningitis (Pneumococcal) shot. I ended up crying on our way out of the lab, where she was tested for anemia and lead. Man, that sucked. It's hard enough seeing them poke your kid in the leg and give them a shot. But the time it takes to draw blood, the size of the needle, etc.. holy goodness! There was another baby in there for the same thing, and apparently they had a hard time finding her vein. We all thought they were in there killing her by the way she was screaming- I honestly had the urge to run like hell. But Lauren was in and out relatively quickly, and she only cried for a moment. My little champ.
