Yet again.. I am begging the owner to change the bathroom floor in 110 (see hideous picture below). The new tenants do not want to move in until it is replaced. (I don't blame them. I'm embarrassed to even rent it in that condition. Argh.) They're already inconvenienced because they wanted to move in this weekend, but the freakin' company who replaced the carpet cannot install new blinds until Monday. Bastards. Being an apartment manager really can suck big donkey balls.
