Uh.. what is up with the utility system in Ohio?! First they charge an arm and a leg for phone service, they bill you monthly for electricity (oh.. and they can give you a discount from month to month, but you pay up the ass for it at the end of the year), and now the gas company wants to estimate my gas usage?? Screw that crap. We don't do that here in CA. We have people read the meters- gives you the exact amount of what you have to pay. I'm afraid to find out what the hell a cable modem's going to cost.
