It's really sad how bad cable TV service is here. So we're going the route of Direct TV. Didn't think we'd be one of those people, but Insight Cable SUCKS ASS. (I dont' just mean the customer service, either..) What really bites is that we will have to get rid of the cable modem (it's more expensive to have the modem w/out the cable TV), and get DSL. Oh well.. anything's better than dial-up.
