Well, the update from dad's appointment(s) yesterday is that his cancer "has spread in and around the lungs", so they're going to start Chemo right away. He's got a new doctor, is on strong pain meds, and they're going to do what they can to boost his immune system so his body will have a fighting chance against the Chemo. My sister said the doctors are trying to remain as optomistic as possible (I wonder how much of that is just my mom & dad trying to keep her as optomistic as possible?)
