I can't tell you how much of an Ebay whore I've become in the last 2 weeks. And to top it off, I'm selling my first (no, make that second) item: Leather work gloves.

I just remembered that I actually put up a 6 month old washing machine in early 2000. Didn't get a single bid on it.. probably because for one thing, I was only selling it to people w/in southern CA (I sure as hell wasn't going to ship it). Secondly, I don't think Ebay was quite so big back then.

Anyway, I've got stuff around here we're not using.. things that are brand new. David is not into my selling personal stuff for money (I think it's that whole ego trip thing .. like selling our stuff somehow says he's not able to bring in the bacon, if you know what I mean), but really.. It's kinda fun. And I get some play money out of the deal! Kinda like those surveys I do every month for extra cash. :)
