I think it will be death, because maybe an hour beforehand, the jury had asked to see pictures of the shoreline where Laci's (and Conner's) body washed up, pictures of the bodies themselves when they were found, and (among other things) Laci's ob/gyn file with sonogram pictures of Conner.
