Wichita police chief: 'BTK is arrested'

This is just so freaky on so many levels. I mean, anybody could be a serial killer. But could you imagine this guy being your kid's Cub Scout leader? And what if you found out your dad was a murderer? Makes you wonder why this guy felt the need to come back to life (so to speak), now? Seeing as how he just got caught, kind of a dumb move on his part.
