So.. in 5 days, we become homeowners. Yesterday I called our agent, to find out if the sellers have taken care of the 4 items on the inspection list that need to be taken care of. Well, according to their agent (who is pretty worthless, IMHO) they need more information on the gas leaks, so they can make sure the problem is taken care of. Our agent faxed her the information from the inspectors, and is now waiting for a return phone call. I'm just trying to figure out why the hell they're waiting to fix this gas leak at the last minute. And has anything else been taken care of yet? (Stupid anyway.. I guess they enjoy breathing in gas on a daily basis?!) Sigh. Sorry.. just needed a second to vent.
