Oh.. lovely reminder :D

This just came for me in the mail the other day, from the OhioHealth center where I had my mammograms and sonogram done (which cost $500, btw!)

"The results of your recent mammography examination show an area that is probably benign, however we would like you to return for a follow-up study for your breast(s) on or around September 03, 2006.

You will be sent a reminder letter prior to your next recommended mammorgram. If you notice any changes during the six months, contact your personal physician immediately."


I'm really not worried, but at the same time, I guess one never knows what will happen 6 months down the road. I really try not to give it much thought. Of course one of my favorite TV series (The L Word) just killed off one of the characters- a rising tennis star, who was diagnosed with breast cancer, and died a very short time later. (Just makes one "take pause"). Fiction, yes. But happens all the time in real life. I think David and I will be much happier 6 months from now when my trouble-maker breast doesn't show any changes. LOL
