Just found out why we had police copters with search lights shining into our parking lot the other night.. and at least 4 cops searching the grounds. Apparently we had some really sick bastard masturbating outside a female tenant's apartment. At night, under a very bright parking lot light. Idiot.. jumped a wall to get into the lot, picked a grassy area, and went to town. Didn't even stop his business when the lady screamed at him to go away.. he just pulled down the hood of his sweater to cover his face. What the hell is wrong with some people?!
