On Friday 27 September, 12:00pm Merton Amnesty group will be presenting its Open Letter petition to the High Commissioner in London. Volunteers will be distributing leaflets about Amina's plight. She's the Nigerian woman who will be stoned to death (for committing adultery) after she weans her daughter.
