Ugh, FED EX sucks ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to send a clinical pack (sample for the Lyme doctor) to Palo Alto, CA. Results from this particular lab can take 3 weeks- my next appointment is June 7th, and they like the results in by the time they see you. The earliest I could have sent it was yesterday.. I called at 8:30 am, and then waited all day for somebody to pick it up. Nobody showed. So I called this morning at 7:30- they told me the driver tried to deliver it, but had the wrong address (idiot on the phone spelled the street name wrong. Apparently phone numbers and cell phones are meaningless?!). So they were supposed to come back today. I told the guy I'd be home all day after 1:30, so he wrote it down and said they would be here after that time. So I get home from taking Matthew to speech therapy, and find a note on the door. They showed up at 12:40. SO. Basically they have now fucked up twice, and this package needs to get to CA a.s.a.p. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! They claim they're coming back this afternoon. I'm not holding my breath.
