Years ago, there was a blogger named Heather. I couldn't tell you where on the web she is now, but she was responsible (as far as I knew) for the web sensation known as "Friday Five". Just for the heck of it, I decided to look it up, and it's still going around! Here are the questions for this week:

1. When was the last time you had a needle stuck into you?
Sometime at the end of March. I have to go to the lab every other month, to have my kidney and liver functions checked. You would think the guy at LabCo knows me by now, but he always asks the same thing every time: "Have you ever been here before?"

2. Who among your friends is the easiest target for needling?
I don't quite get that. Who needs to be needled? Who should be needled? And what type of needling are we referring to? I do know a few people who seem pretty "mental". They might need to have their sanity checked.. (people I know in real life, that is). (Ok, after reading this again, I got it. I still don't know who would be the best target, though. Except for myself. LOL)

3. What’s something you can confidently do with a needle and thread?
I can hand-sew teddy bears. Here is a "Michigan" bear I made for one of D's sisters, years ago.
Arthritis is keeping me from sewing much these days.

4. About how many phonograph records do you have in your home, and when’s the last time you dropped a needle on one?
How bizarre. Who wrote this question? My great-grandma?! I do not have a phonograph, therefore no phonograph records. Would be cool to have one, though.

5. Someone told us the other day about someone at a party using a flavor injector to spike a watermelon with vodka. Is this brilliant or is this stupid?
If it works, it's brilliant. I've never tried it, though. Vodka is pretty intense, though. Not sure I'd care for a piece..
