Being an apartment manager sucks. I narrowly avoided evicting someone, but because it took too long for the owner to get back to me, the attorney already filed the paperwork on one of my tenants. They cancelled the eviction process, but now I have to collect $125 from the tenant, in addition to their beyond late rent. I had already told them things were "ok", but then the attorney called... and now this. :(
