Yesterday D and I bought Lauren a "Baby Block Walker", at KB's. I think it was originally $25, knocked down to $15, and then we got it on sale for $12. It's really cool- it's not only a push along toy to help kids walk, but it's got a shape sorter in it with colorful blocks, for fun. Of course Lauren prefers munching on the blocks (triangles, circles, and squares). But wow- I got her used to holding on and walking, and her weight makes that thing just fly across the living room floor! LOL I would hold onto her waist, and let her walk at whatever pace she was comfy with. Then once she got the hang of it, I let go. She did great until she noticed I wasn't holding on anymore. heh heh
