Preg pic up on the new baby's blog.

Man, yesterday we went to JC Penney's, and they were having that Saturday sale- they give you free chocolate (MMM) and a coupon up to 35% off regularly priced stuff (10% off everything on sale). Well, I scored a black strappy tank top (the kind with the bra already inside) which will work well with my older maternity pants & shorts, and some GREAT khaki (sp?) stretch pants (see the above photo). They are SO cool- the front laces up, so there's no elastic tummy panel (which I freakin' hate!). Also, there's an elastic thingie in the back, kinda like a draw string thing. You pull it tighter if you're not so big, and button to however tight or loose you want it, it to keep it there. It's totally hidden, so no one notices it if you're wearing a short top. The pants are SOOO comfy.

Oh.. so the pants were normally $34, and then I found out at the register they were already 35% off. Then the tank top was $12.99. Take 10% off both, and I got a new outfit for $37- $3 more than it originally would have cost to buy just the pants. I HATE spending money on clothes, but I really needed to add to my pregnancy stock-pile.

David's being a total sweetheart today. He slept in til like 8 or so, and I got up around 6:15 with Lauren (well, actually I couldn't sleep, and I thought I heard her.. but she didn't wake up til about 6:45). While I was laying on the couch relaxing, he did the dishes for me. I guess I fell asleep, and when I woke up he had her dressed and ready to go. They took off- I'm assuming to get breakfast, quarters for laundry, and maybe a few needed groceries. I tell ya- I love when he takes initiative like that. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's so nice when it does. I couldn't sleep after he left, but I did get to take a shower and stuff. :) Only problem. I am SOOOOOOOOOOO hungry.. I don't know how long I can wait for them to get back with food!!! (I've gotten real sick the last few mornings from being hungry). Suppose I'll go munch some crackers or something..
