Yesterday, I saw a brown spider with long pointy legs, climbing a wall in our basement. I got as close to it as I felt comfortable doing so, and had David come look at it. I wondered aloud if it might be a Brown Recluse. David tried to reassure me that there are no poisonous spiders indigenous to Ohio. Um.. I just looked up "Brown Recluse" on Google. They are found in Ohio. Yeah.. well I dunno for certain what the hell kind of spider I saw, but it looked quite similar to this one. And their bites can royally mess a person up.
