There's a strange man in my bathroom.

Our downstairs toilet has been acting up most of the time we've been in our "new" apartment. The fill falve is bad, causing water to continuously run even if the tank is full. The chain and flapper (mostly the chain) are shot. *I could probably change out the entire thing, but why bother? So we had maintenance come out and do it. I hate waiting for maintenance when it comes to bathrooms, though. Maybe it's because I'm lazy, but being someone who makes frequent use of that room (my bladder has issues, you could say), I like the comfort in knowing I could use whichever bathroom I wanted.

*Changing out a chain and flapper is easy enough, though I've never actually attempted replacing a fill valve. Bought one enough times when I was an apartment manager. I think it's important to know how to do these things. :) Now I need my own place so I can get my hands dirty!
