Last Wednesday I went to an orientation, for an 8-week course I'm taking, called: "More Than Words – The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder". Just know that I'm SOOOO not digging the videotaping! This morning at 9 am, Matthew and I have to make a short tape of us doing 5 little activities- this tape (of which a 5-10 min. clip will be used) will introduce him to the other parents in the class. Here's what we have to do today, in front of the camera:

1.) A physical game w/out toys (peek-a-boo, chase, tickle, ring around the rosie, etc)

2.) singing a song together (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!)

3.) A daily routine (having a snack, getting dressed, etc)

4.) Looking at a book together

5.) playing with a favorite toy together

Can you tell which is my least favorite?? Ugh. Part of me wants to call in sick, or have a tantrum. But I can't.. Sigh.
