Too bad it's winter. If it were summer, I could tell you that there have been a bunch of sweaty, shirtless men working outside my house the last several days. But I can't tell you that. It's been snowing, and damn cold. And so they're all bundled up- and only maybe 1 or 2 of them has any potential for "cuteness" that I can tell. (It's hard to tell when they've got hoods over their heads).

We had a major hail storm back in October, that trashed our house- well, enough to file a claim on. Most of the houses in our city have had pretty much the entire outside redone. Ours is now "getting pretty". We had our roof (and roof on garage) done a couple weeks ago, and right now we're getting our old, "white", aluminum siding replaced with nice "sand" colored, vinyl siding. Our crappy red shutters which remind David of the Ohio State Buckeyes (which he hates) will be replaced with dark blue shutters (more suited to Michigan Wolverine fans). They're adding a couple nice touches- new mail box, new porch lights in front and back. The gutters will be replaced also. (And I think they're going to fix the gables on the garage, as well). We also got a new bay window in the living room yesterday. It's so neat! LOL That isn't part of the insurance claim, but something we really wanted.

So enough about the house.. back to praying for 100 degree weather. LOL
