Marijuana...creating problems in Arcata, Calif.

Honestly, this isn't surprising at all. I remember before I moved there (to attend Humboldt State), I was asked by a few people (even relatives) to bring home some Humboldt Weed. I never bought any, and certainly never brought any back home with me, but it was everywhere- that's for sure. But you know what? Arcata is one of the most peaceful, relaxed, "happy" places I've ever been.
