Nothing is official yet.. D says we can't tell anyone. Until we get new insurance, that is. I'm being sent an application for Cigna. We have their dental plan, but need medical insurance that will cover Lauren and I after D leaves his job, and during our trip to Ohio. It will definately be useful until D gets a new job. And thankfully, Cigna is accepted there (one of the few states it is, actually). So instead of D having $300 a month taken out of his paychecks, we'll be sending a check in. Of course this means that the new insurance won't kick in until Feb 1st, so I can't even see a dr. til then. :( That makes me nervous. I know.. it's only 2 weeks, right?
One thing I'm overjoyed about is that this really won't slow down our plans to move back east at all. We already were planning for somewhere between April and July (probably sooner than July). His mom was actually the one that suggested looking around for new insurance now, before I'm officially "diagnosed". They want us out there A.S.A.P. Good to know we'll have a support group when we get there!
