Ok.. what are the nice areas surrounding downtown Columbus, and what are the bad areas?

Nice= relatively low crime. Rural (as much as you can be living in an apartment). You don't mind your kids playing on the sidewalk.

Bad= place you wouldn't want to go walking alone during the day, even with a gun or a dog by your side. A place where whinos hang out. A drug zone.

I really seriously need your help, people. I know at least two of you know that area, so I better get some good advice!!
