D and I are not happy campers. On March 29th, some reject backed into our car, damaging (albeit barely) the driver's side front door. We have been waiting to hear whether or not his insurance company is going to pay for the cost of repairs, but according to the lady handling our claim, neither the other driver nor the other insurance company are doing jack shit about it. The guy apparently gave us a bad phone number. The address should be legit based on what was taken off his driver's license, but still. Our insurance company keeps leaving messages with the other, but the agent refuses to return the calls. Ugh! It will be $500 to pay for the damages. (Right now D is fuming).
