OK.. because I just opened it, and am sitting here with my jaw on the floor, I'll tell you what my mom and step-dad brought for all the little kids and to Lauren:

A little lunch box that has a baby book taped to the front (she can tote around the lunch box, and obviously enjoy the book). The insides contain a bizarre kind of thermos (imagine a plastic container of Koolaid), several loose balloons, a box of raisins, a lolipop, some hard candy, two paperclips, and a photocopy of some drawing my mom did. What the fuck kind of present is that to be giving a 1 yr. old child?? I"m sorry if that's totally ungrateful of me, but honestly.. what the hell? David just shook his head and said to throw the damn thing out. It's just a little freakin' disturbing, if you ask me.

And don't get me started on the fact that my family- at least some of the members - are just plain wacked.
